Representative Porter brought up reconsideration of the vote on CSSB
(STA)(title am H)(efd fld H) which had been held until today (page          
2668).                                                                         
                                                                               
The following was again before the House in third reading:

"An Act relating to time periods for making, soliciting, or                   
accepting campaign contributions; and providing for an effective               
date."                                                                         
                                                                               
Representative Therriault placed a call of the House.
