The following was again before the House in third reading: CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 275(STA)(title am H) "An Act relating to time periods for making, soliciting, or accepting campaign contributions; and providing for an effective date." Representative Therriault placed a call of the House. The Speaker stated the call was satisfied. The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CSSB 275(STA)(title am H) pass the House?" Representative Porter moved the effective date clause. The question to be reconsidered: "Shall the effective date clause be adopted?"
